FOREPOINT14 LLC is a family-owned real estate solutions and residential redevelopment company established in 2024 by Zac and Nira Wideman. With Zac’s experience as a Property Facilities Manager and Nira’s background in Occupational Therapy, we bring a practical, people-centered approach to every home and client.
Our journey into real estate grew out of personal transitions — career shifts, shifting priorities for ourselves and family in the wake of COVID, which created the space that sparked our passion for real estate, renovation, and restoring spaces with purpose.
